The seminar is divided into three thematic blocks. The first two provide participants with the knowledge necessary for feeling competent in questions regarding Narva. The third chunk proposes the analysis of certain opportunities and needs for Narva in terms of development of town area. As a follow-up, there is going to be an excursion around Narva on Sunday, November 3rd. The topic of the excursion is Narva's "obstacles": border, industry, transit, population movement. The excursion will be followed by discussion.
